A role for TEL Edvisors
The Technology Enhanced Learning Advisor and Support sector in Tertiary Education is a vital and growing one. It includes both academic and professional staff whose work sees them using their knowledge and experience of education and technology to support and enhance the teaching practice of lecturers and tutors for better student learning experiences.
TEL Edvisors support and often drive the implementation of TEL in Tertiary Education. We occupy a unique space in Tertiary Education, working at the juncture of several stakeholder groups in the university and face challenges in supporting and implementing change that a SIG could help to investigate and advise on best path forward.
